管冰机蒸发器的改进

Improvement of Tube Ice Machine Evaporator

本文对某管冰机运行问题进行分析,针对蒸发器进行优化,从换热管排列方式、供液、回气方式、扰流板、上下孔板等结构设计等方面提出了改进措施。经过实际工程应用,表明改进的管冰机蒸发器能有效提高管冰机的产冰量,减少管冰机制冷剂充注量,达到降本增效、提高性能的目的。

This paper analyzes the operation of a tube ice machine,optimizes the evaporator,and proposes improvement measures from the structural design of heat exchange tube arrangement,liquid supply,gas return,spoiler,upper and lower orifice plates.Through practical engineering application,it shows that the improved evaporator can effectively increase the ice production of the tube ice machine,reduce the refrigerant charge,and achieve the purpose of reducing costs,increasing efficiency and improving performance.
