介绍12R22. 5 18PR BY908全钢载重子午线驱动轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径1 090 mm,断面宽312mm,行驶面宽度250mm,行驶面弧度高8mm,胎圈着合直径569mm,胎圈着合宽度254mm,断面水平轴位置(H_1/H_2) 0. 998 1,胎面花纹为三段式块状变节距花纹,花纹深度21 mm,花纹周节数68,花纹饱和度74. 65%。施工设计:胎面采用全分层设计,胎侧采用3复合结构,胎体采用0. 17+5×0. 215+10×0. 235CCST钢丝帘线,1~#—3~#带束层均采用4+3×0. 35ST钢丝帘线,4~#带束层采用5×0. 35HI钢丝帘线;采用一次法三鼓成型机成型,双模硫化机氮气硫化工艺硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能达到国家标准要求。
The design on 12R22.5 18 PR BY908 truck and bus radial driven tire was described.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 090 mm,cross-sectional width312 mm,width of running surface 250 mm,arc height of running surface 8 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 569 mm,bead width at rim seat 254 mm,maximum width position of cross-section(H1/H2)0.998 1,three-stage block-shaped variable pitch for tread pattern,pattern depth 21 mm,number of pattern pitches 68,and block/total ratio 74.65%.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:the hierarchical design for tread,three-component composite structure for sidewall,0.17+5×0.215+10×0.235 CCST steel cord for carcass ply,4+3×0.35 ST steel cord for 1#-3#belts,5×0.35 HI steel cord for 4#belt,and using one stage three drum building machine to build tire and dual-mode vulcanizing machine nitrogen vulcanization process to cure tire.It was confirmed by the tests of the finished tire that,the inflated peripheral dimension,strength performance and endurance met the requirements of national standards.
