档案焦虑与新使命:数字时代档案职业定位再思考

数字化为档案工作带来的不只是便捷,还包括权力博弈下多元主体对数字化的再选择、信息化过程中个体"遗忘权"与"隐私权"的困扰、公众多样化档案信息需求满足等问题所导致的档案工作者的档案焦虑。文章从记忆存留、记忆与遗忘界限的明确和多元需求觉醒三方面分析伦理作用档案职业的过程,并试从记忆建构者、信息守护者和弱势群体支持者三个维度重新建构档案工作者的职业定位。

Digitalization brings archival community efficiency,as well as anxiety caused by redecision on digitalization,the debate surrounding the right to oblivion and privacy,and multiple information requirement of the public.The essay analyzes how ethics works upon archival profession from three perspectives,which are memory preservation,the clarification of the boundaries between memory and oblivion,and the arising needs of records information,and try to redefine the role of archivists as momery constructor,information protector and supporter of disadvantaged group.
