椎间孔镜技术对腰椎间盘突出合并狭窄的疗效 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨经椎间孔脊柱内镜技术治疗老年多节段腰椎间盘突出合并神经根管狭窄的疗效。方法:回顾性分析2014年6月至2017年6月因多节段腰椎间盘突出合并神经根管狭窄入江永县人民医院治疗的患者100例,根据手术方式的不同将其分为观察组(50例)和对照组(50例)。对照组采用传统开放后路减压手术对患者进行治疗,观察组采用经椎间孔脊柱内镜术对患者进行治疗。治疗结束后,比较两组患者的手术成功率和术后并发症的发生率。结果:观察组患者的手术成功率(94.00%)明显高于对照组(68.00%),且观察组患者并发症的发生率(6.00%)低于对照组(22.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:经椎间孔脊柱内镜技术治疗老年多节段腰椎间盘突出合并神经根管狭窄,安全,效果明显,且创伤面积小,并发症少,术后易恢复,值得临床应用。
