中医护理干预对高血压患者生活质量的影响

The Effect of TCM Nursing Intervention on the Quality of Life of Patients with Hypertension

目的:探讨中医护理对高血压患者的干预效果。方法:选取2015年6月至2016年6月阳江市阳东区人民医院收治高血压患者511例,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者采取传统护理模式,观察组患者在传统护理模式的基础上加入中医护理干预,对两组患者的治疗后的血压进行比较。结果:观察组患者血压及生活质量明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:综上所述,对高血压患者在常规护理的基础上施加中医护理干预,能够有效改善患者的血压状况和生活质量。

Objective Explored the intervention effect of TCM nursing on elderly hypertension. Methods Patients in the observation group were treated with traditional nursing mode, and the patients in the control group were treated with TCM nursing,and then analyzed the different effects. Results After treatment, the blood pressure and the quality of life of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant, P < 0.05. Conclusion In conclusion, TCM nursing in intervention of hypertension can improve outcomes and satisfaction. It is worthy to be spread clinically.
