氟化试剂的研究进展及Selectfluor在有机合成中的应用

摘要 在化合物分子结构中引入氟原子常常会引起其物理、化学性能的变化,以及药理生理活性的改变,因此,含氟化合物在医药、农药及功能材料等领域的作用备受关注。Selectfluor不仅是最有效和最受欢迎的亲电氟化试剂之一,而且作为强氧化剂也是几种有机化合物"无氟"官能化的方便介质或催化剂。综述了近年来常见的亲核、亲电氟化试剂的研究进展,重点对选择性氟试剂Selectfluor在有机合成中的应用进行了概述。 The introduction of fluorine atoms in the molecular structure of compounds often causes changes in physical and chemical properties,as well as changes in pharmacological and physiological activities.Floroorganic compounds are importance in the pharmaceutical and agrochemical industries as well as in functional materials and related areas.Selectfluor is not only one of the most efficient and popular reagents for electrophilic fluorination,but as a strong oxidant is also a convenient mediator or catalyst of several "fluorine-free" functionalizations of organic compounds.In this paper,the recent advances in the research of nucleophilic and electrophilic fluorination reagents were reviewed,and the application of Selectfluor in organic synthesis was summarized.
