摘要
纳米科技、纤维化处理和新型材料等高新技术的发展为改善聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)的耐磨性提供了新途径。PTFE摩擦学改性的目的之一在于提升其抗蠕变性,而摩擦过程中PTFE能否在对偶表面形成牢固附着的转移膜仍是PTFE润滑、耐磨材料研究应倍加关注的重点。
The development of high-tech,such as nanotechnology,fibration and novel materials,offered new approaches for the improvement of wear resistance of PTFE.A major focus of the modification research is to improve the creep resistance of PTFE,however,whether a firmly-adhered transfer membrane can be formed on the friction surface of the counterpart should still be the key point of the studies on PTFE-contained lubricant and wear-resistant materials.
