摘要
目的:在大力推行移动支付和改善医疗服务行动的背景下,建设并推广医院移动支付渠道、医保线上统筹结算。方法:通过微信公众号、支付生活号、窗口扫码付、患者App的建设实现多费别患者的全渠道移动支付。结果:通过全渠道多费别移动支付平台的建设,减轻了窗口单位的工作压力,提高了收费的工作效率,缩短了病人排队等候时间,提升了患者满意度。结论:加强多方合作,强化医院网络安全,做好支付平台监管,推动移动支付在医院的持续和健康发展。
Objective: Under the background of vigorously promoting mobile payment and improving medical service, the mobile payment channels in hospitals and the online overall planning and settlement of medical insurance are constructed and promoted.Methods: The omni-channel mobile payment for multi-fee patients is realized through the construction of WeChat official account,payment life account, window code scanning payment and patient App. Results: Through the construction of the omni-channel and multi-fee mobile payment platform, the working pressure of window units is reduced, the working efficiency of charging is improved,the queuing and waiting time of patients is shortened, and the satisfaction of patients is improved. Conclusion: We should strengthen multi-party cooperation, strengthen the hospital network security, do a good job in the supervision of the payment platform, and promote the sustainable and healthy development of mobile payment in hospitals.
