目的:通过运营决策支持系统的建设,满足医院不同部门对运营管理的数据需求,提升医院的决策水平和管理效率。方法:基于Hadoop大数据技术构建运营决策支持系统,实现数据分析实时准确的展现。结果:基本完成了系统的建设,取得一定的成效,但还存在一些难题。结论:运营决策支持系统的建设,为医院的决策提供数据支持,有助于提高医院医疗质量和管理水平。

Objective: By the construction of operation decision support system, it can meet the data needs of different departments in hospital for operation management, enhance the level of hospital decision-making and management efficiency. Methods: The construction of the operation decision support system based on Hadoop ecosystem technology is built to realize the real-time and accurate analysis of the data. Results: Basically completed the construction of the system and achieved some results, but there are still some problems to be solved. Conclusion: The construction of operational decision support system can provide data support for hospital decision-making and improve the quality of medical care and management in hospitals.
