全员参与持续质量改进电子模板的设计与应用

Design and Application of Electronic Templates for Continuous Quality Improvement Participated by All Staffs

目的:设计"全员参与持续质量改进电子模板"应用于临床护理单元一级质控,推进全面质量管理。方法:以护理质量存在问题为字典,应用Excel开发带有质量品管工具的电子模板;改革传统单项、定期检查方式方法,应用模板在临床护理单元推行全员全面信息化质量管理。结果:全员全面信息化质量管理模式与传统模式比较,一级质控检查记录时间缩短,发现存在问题增加,护士参与质控增加(均P<0.05)。结论:模板的应用,实现了一级质控信息化,切实推进了全员全面质量管理,提高管理效能。

Objective: To design an electronic template for continuous quality improvement participated by all staffs and apply it to the first-level quality control of clinical nursing units to promote the overall quality management. Methods: By using the problems of nursing quality as the dictionary and using Excel to develop the electronic template with quality control tools, the traditional single items are reformed, methods are regularly examined, and the template is used to promote the overall informatization quality management in the clinical nursing units. Results: The overall informatization quality management mode participated by all staffs is compared with the traditional mode, the record time of the first-level quality control inspection is shortened, problems are found to be increase, and nurses’ participation in quality control increases(average P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of the template has realized the first-level quality control informationization, promoted the overall quality management of all staffs, and improved the management efficiency.
