基于信息化医疗系统的智慧医疗App应用设计与思考

Design and Research of Intelligent Medical App Based on Information Medical System

目的:在医院现有医疗信息化系统的基础上,结合计算机网络技术、云服务技术、智能手机、可穿戴设备等互联网技术建设一套面向医院各科室、患者家属、患者的移动App应用。方法:利用智能手机、Windows Server2012、.NET语言、HBuilder开发工具、Oracle数据库技术实现智慧医疗App系统。结果:提高了医院的工作效率,提高医患之间的沟通效率,提高消息传递的准确和及时性,增强了医院对患者信息、舆情的监控。结论:系统是面向医院各科室、患者家属、患者的应用软件,提高从医者工作效率,降低工作强度,提高患者就医满意度。

Objective: Based on the existing medical information system in hospital, combined with Internet technology, cloud service technology, smart phone, wearable devices and other Internet technologies, we build a set of mobile App applications for all departments, family members and patients. Methods: The intelligent medical App system is realized by using smart phone, Windows Server 2012,.NET language, HBuilder development tool and Oracle database technology. Results: The system improves the work efficiency of the hospital, improves the communication efficiency between doctors and patients, improves the accuracy and timeliness of message transmission, and enhances the monitoring of patients’ information and public opinion in hospitals. Conclusion: The system is the application software for the hospital departments, the families of patients, patients, practitioners improve work efficiency, reduce work intensity and improve patient’s satisfaction.
