摘要
目的:旨在提高医院为兵服务的质量,确保官兵在遇到伤病时得到快捷、优先的诊治。方法:依托现有的门诊一卡通就诊系统,在系统中为军人增加排队序号自动提前、优先级设置和排队绿标提醒等功能。结果:实现了军人优先挂号、优先就诊、优先取药、优先检查和优先治疗。结论:军人优先排队系统的应用不仅让军人就诊快捷、高效,也开创了军人零等待、零障碍、零审批的全新就诊模式。实现了人在流程走,就诊信息优先行,大大提高了军队伤病员的就诊满意度。
Objective: To improve the quality of hospital service and ensure that officers and soldiers receive quick and priority treatment when they encounter injuries or illnesses. Methods: Relying on the existing out-patient "one-card-pass" system, the officers were added with functions such as automatic advancement of queuing numbers, priority setting, and green-label reminder for queuing military in the system. Results: The military man has achieved priority registration, priority visits, priority medicine, priority inspection and priority treatment. Conclusion: The application of the military man priority queuing system not only allows the military man to visit the clinic quickly and efficiently, but also creates a new mode of military service with zero waiting, zero obstacles, and zero approval. It makes sure that people are following the process and the visit information are going through the system with priority, which greatly improve the wounded and sick’s satisfaction.
