青少年意向性自我调节特点的访谈研究 被引量:2

摘要 青少年意向性自我调节水平在自设目标、自定计划和主动执行三个方面存在明显的个体差异;随着年龄增长,青少年的目标逐渐多样化,自主能力不断增高,自我调节的灵活性不断增加,但计划性没有明显变化。在此基础上,对意向性自我调节的结构和测量以及教育实践进行了讨论。
