巴曲酶对急性下肢深静脉血栓形成的治疗价值观察

Therapeutic value of Batroxobin in the treatment of acute deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities

目的探讨巴曲酶对急性下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的治疗价值。方法选取厦门大学附属第一医院2017年1月至2018年1月收治的114例急性下肢DVT患者,行链激酶治疗的为对照组,共57例,行巴曲酶治疗的为观察组,共57例,比较2组治疗有效率、不良发应发生率。结果观察组治疗有效率为94.74%(54/57),对照组治疗有效率为78.95%(45/57),2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为15.78%(9/57),对照组不良发应发生率为29.82%(17/57),2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论巴曲酶治疗急性下肢DVT具有理想效果,有效率高、安全性可靠,可推广于后续临床工作中。

Objective To observe the value of Batroxobin in the treatment of acute deep venous thrombosis(DVT) of lower extremities. Methods 114 patients with acute lower extremity DVT admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2017 to January 2018 were treated with streptokinase as a control group, a total of 57 patients, and the treatment group was treated with Batroxobin. Compare the effectiveness of the two groups of treatment, the incidence of adverse hair loss. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 94.74%(54/57), and that of the control group was 78.95%(45/57), with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 15.78%(9/57), and that in the control group was 29.82%(17/57), with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Batroxobin has ideal effect in treating acute DVT of lower extremity with high efficiency, safety and reliability, and can be extended to follow-up clinical work.
