摘要
以中国知网CNKI和谷歌的Google学术搜索引擎为主要文献数据来源,运用已发表相关文献的计量法和内容分析法,对近十年来我国在企业大学发展及趋势的研究文献进行系统梳理,梳理企业大学相关概念、企业大学类型与功能、企业大学模型和评估体系,提出企业大学未来研究方向:完善理论基础体系;引入产教融合、校企合作思维;聚焦现代化研究视野。
This article mainly uses the Google academic search engine and Chinese CNKI as the main sources of literature data,and uses the metrology and content analysis methods that have published relevant literature to systematically comb the research literature on the development and trend of the corporate university in China in the last ten years,and analyzes related concepts,type and function,model and evaluation system of enterprise university,explores the future research direction of enterprise university that is to improve the theoretical basis system,introduce the integration of industry and education and the school-enterprise cooperation thinking,and focus on the research perspective of modernization.
