摘要 混合学习是多种学习方式的融合,由于其固有的属性,导致混合学习中教学内容组织、学习活动及师生互动的复杂性和多样性。混合学习中的师生互动包括教师与学习者的互动、学习者之间的互动、教师与助学者的互动、学习者与助学者的互动,其互动策略是:明确主体角色定位,帮促职能发挥;设计破冰活动,营造良性互动氛围;制定互动评价标准,及时反馈与总结。 Mixed learning is a fusion of multiple learning methods.Due to its inherent attributes,it leads to the complexity and diversity of teaching content organization,learning activities and teacher-student interaction in mixed learning.The strategies for realizing interaction between teachers and students in blended learning,which includes the interaction between teachers and learners,the interaction between learners,the interaction between teachers and assistive scholars,and the interaction between learners and assistive scholars,include clarifying the positioning of the main role to help to promote the function playing,designing ice-breaking activities to create a benign interactive atmosphere,and developing interactive evaluation criteria to timely feedback and summary.
