On Ways to Enhance Effectiveness of Ideological and Political Education in Higher Vocational College Students

高职院校学生思想政治教育是一个复杂的、动态的教育生态系统,它不仅受教育主体、对象、方式等因素影响,还受到政治制度、经济发展、文化环境等外部因素影响。高职院校学生思政教育应当从民主化、信息化、多元化的时代境域出发,考察思政教育中的新变量、新问题等,不断优化思政教育的理念、方式、内容、载体和环境,提升思想政治教育的实效性。

Ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges is a complex and dynamic educational ecosystem.It is not only influenced by the main body,object and mode of education,but also by external factors,such as political system,economic development and cultural environment.In the process,we should examine the new variables and problems in the ideological and political education from the perspectives of democratization,informatization and diversification,optimize the idea,pattern,content,carrier and environment of idedogical and political education,so as to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges.
