摘要
由于对中等职业教育的"民族性""复杂性"与"历史性"认识不足,故在20世纪80年代采介欧美模式之时,并未就彼此之间的"契合性"展开富有价值的思想辩争,似乎"照搬"欧美成为一个不言而喻的问题,且之后针对此事并未有过深刻的"省思",中等职业教育困境就此铸成。基于"非器文化""问题学生"等极具乡土蕴意的逻辑基点,超越以往中等职业教育在定位、课程、教学等诸多层面的"不完整",通过"双轨一元"的基本设计,秉持"通过职业而教育""通过技能而完整"与"通过完整而改造"的基本理念,贯彻涵括完整定位、完整课程、完整教学等在内的基本框架,遂而创制"完整教育"这一契合中国"乡土"的中等职业教育图景。
Due to the insufficient understanding of"nationality""complexity"and"historic"of secondary vocational education,at the moment when we used the American-European mode for reference in the 1980s,the valuable ideological debate on the"fit"between it and China was unmentioned,"copying"it seemed like a self-evident thing,and after the matter the profound"reflection"on it was not being,the predicament of secondary vocational education was formed.The researcher creates a"full education"prospect that fits"rurality"of China’s secondary vocational education by being based on the logic basis point of"non-implemental culture"and"problematic pupils"that is extremely rural in meaning,surpassing the"incompleteness"in many aspects of former secondary vocational education such as location,curriculum and teaching,designing the"dual-track and unified system"basically,upholding the basic concepts of"education through vocation","full through skills"and"remoulding through full"and implementing the basic framework including full location,full curriculum and full teaching.
