中职生学习心理资本现状调查分析 被引量:2

摘要 编制《中职生学习心理资本问卷》对江苏省9所中职学校3360名学生的学习心理资本及其影响因素进行研究,结果表明:中职生的学习心理资本呈中上等水平,但不均衡;中职生的学习心理资本水平在性别、生源地上不存在显著性差异;单亲家庭中职生的学习心理资本在学习乐观维度上得分显著低于非单亲家庭中职生;苏北中职生的学习心理资本显著低于苏中和苏南中职生;苏北中职生的学习自我效能感显著低于苏中和苏南中职生;苏中中职生的学习自控力显著高于苏北和苏南中职生;有获奖经历的中职生学习心理资本显著高于没有获奖经历的中职生;学业成绩越优异的中职生学习心理资本水平越高;一年级中职生的学习心理资本水平显著高于二、三年级中职生。 learning psychological capital is an important factor affecting the quality of technical skills training.The research used selfcompiled questionnaire to study the learning psychological capital and its influencing factors to 3360 secondary vocational students in Jiangsu province.The results showed that:the learning psychological capital of secondary vocational students is at the medium upper level,but not balanced;there is no significant difference in the level of learning psychological capital in terms of gender and origin;the learning psychological capital of students in single-parent families scored significantly lower than that in non-single-parent families in the dimension of learning optimism;the learning psychological capital of students in northern Jiangsu is significantly lower than that in central and southern Jiangsu,the learning self-efficacy of students in northern Jiangsu province is significantly lower than that in central and southern Jiangsu province;the learning self-control ability of students in central Jiangsu province is significantly higher than that in north and south Jiangsu province,the psychological capital level of students having the winning experience is significantly higher than having no winning experience;the better the academic performance of secondary vocational students,the learning psychological capital level is higher;the level of learning psychological capital of grade one students is significantly higher than that of grade two and three.
