澳大利亚土著民族职业教育发展探析

摘要 澳大利亚拥有世界上一流的职业教育,它的土著民族职业教育也极具特色。土著民族职业教育发展主要缘于多元文化价值推崇、经济发展诉求以及土著民族自身受教育意识的觉醒,且经历了职业教育限制逐步解除、职业教育支持体系建立、职业教育政策完善三个主要阶段。澳大利亚政府通过发展职业教育改善了土著民族受教育状况、促进了土著民族就业和土著民族文化传承。澳大利亚政府未来将一如既往推进土著民族职业教育发展,并重点围绕区域职业教育平衡、女性职业教育、提升就业率等方面进行改革。 Australia has the first class vocational education in the world,and its indigenous vocational education development has its own characteristics.which is mainly due to the promotion of multi-cultural value,the demand of economic development and the awakening of indigenous education consciousness.It has experienced three stages:gradually lifting the restrictions of vocational education,establishing the support system of the vocational education of the indigenous peoples and improving the efficiency of the aboriginal vocational education.Through the development of vocational education,the Australian government has changed the educational status of indigenous peoples and promoted the employment of indigenous peoples and the inheritance of indigenous cultures.In the future,the Australian government will continue to promote the development of indigenous vocational education,and will focus on the development and reform of regional vocational education balance,gender vocational education and improving employment level.
