黄炎培职业教育思想是我国职业教育理论和实践的宝贵财富,在践履职业教育之初,黄炎培就非常重视就业指导,把就业指导作为"职业教育的先决问题",其价值目标在于"使无业者有业,使有业者乐业"。其就业指导思想的内涵是指导学生走向与天性相近的路,就业指导的目的是"为己谋生、为群服务",就业指导的原则是匹配、自主与发展,就业指导的方法是参照职业心理和社会状况两个标准。当前就业指导工作要从中吸取精义,坚持人本化:确保人人得事、事事得人,实现人事耦合;坚持全程化:力求能得其职、职促其能,实现终身学习;坚持社会化:促进岗得其人、人适其岗,实现人岗匹配。

Huang Yanpei’s vocational education thought is the valuable wealth of China’s vocational education theory and practice.In the beginning of the implementation of vocational education,Huang Yanpei attaches great importance to employment guidance,taking the employment guidance as "vocational education prerequisite",its value goal is to "make the unemployed have jobs,make the employed happy".The connotation of its employment guidance thought is to guide students to the road similar to their nature.The purpose of employment guidance is to "make a living for oneself and serve the group".The principle of employment guidance is matching,autonomy and development.The method of employment guidance is to consult two standards of the occupational psychology and the social state.Current employment guidance work should learn essence and adhere to the people-oriented:To ensure that everyone obtains jobs,everything has its worker,to achieve personnel-thing coupling;Adhere to the whole process:To strive to get its job and promote its ability by job,to achieve lifelong learning;Adhere to socialization:To promote job having its worker and people having suitable jobs,to achieve the matching of people and job.
