大容量蓄电池SOH及SOC检测系统的研究与设计 被引量:12

Research and design of SOH and SOC detection system for large capacity battery

摘要 为实现蓄电池健康状态(SOH)及容量状态(SOC)的准确在线估算,以"精确检测蓄电池内阻+同步检测蓄电池的端电压"为基础,提出了一种蓄电池SOH及SOC估算的新方法.基于该方法设计了一种大容量蓄电池SOH及SOC智能检测系统,辅以专门设计的自校准功能使之实现SOH和SOC的准确检测.实验结果表明,该系统能够快速、准确地估算蓄电池的SOH和SOC,估算精度分别可达96.3%和91.9%,具有检测过程快、结构简单、便于携带、成本低廉等优点,是一种非常有效的蓄电池状态监测、质量检验和寿命预估手段,对蓄电池的管理和维护具有重要的指导作用. To realize on-line accurate estimation of battery state of health(SOH)and state of charge(SOC),a new kind of estimation method is presented based on accurate detection of battery internal resistance and synchronous detection of battery’s voltage.On this basis,a battery SOH and SOC intelligent detection system is designed,supplemented by a specially designed self-calibration device to realize the accurate detection of SOH and SOC.The results of experiment show that the system can quickly and accurately estimate the SOH and SOC;and the accuracy can respectively reach 96.3%and 91.9%;with the advantages of fast detection process,simple structure,easy to carry,low cost,etc.,it is a very effective storage battery monitoring,quality inspection and service life prediction method,which has an important role in guiding battery management and maintenance.
