孤狼式多重杀人犯罪规律实证研究

Empirical Research on the Criminal Patterns of Multiple Homicide by Lone Wolves

为实证发现孤狼式多重杀人犯罪规律,采取分层抽样方法选取自1980年至2016年间孤狼式多重杀人犯罪案例136件。在厘清孤狼式多重杀人、系列杀人和特大杀人相关概念基础上,深入分析了孤狼式多重杀人犯罪现场、犯罪行为和杀人凶犯等三个方面的规律。首先,从犯罪现场痕迹状况、犯罪现象地理状况、被害人尸体处置和被害人状况等四个方面分析孤狼式多重杀人犯罪现场的规律;其次,从目的行为、动机行为、手段行为和标记行为等四个方面分析孤狼式多重杀人犯罪行为规律;再次,从杀人凶犯生理、社会和生平境遇等三个方面的致罪因素入手分析孤狼式杀人凶犯生理-社会状况规律。显然,基于136例案件实证研究发现得到的规律对于杀人案件的及时、准确侦破和孤狼式多重杀人犯罪的有效防止来说具有重要的实践意义。

In order to analyze their characteristics empirically, 136 samples of multiple homicide by lonely individual were selected randomly which took place from 1980 to 2016 in china. Firstly, according to the relevant literature review, we define the concepts of lone multiple homicides, serial and mass murder. Secondly, based on the four aspects of criminal spot whether it is orderly, criminal geography, disposal of the deadand Victim characteristics, the characteristics of criminal scene of lone multiple homicide have been analyzed and induced empirically. Thirdly, from the four aspects of aim acts, motive acts, method acts and marked acts, we analyze and induce the characteristics of criminal acts of multiple homicide. At last on the basis of the characteristics of criminal physiology, social and unhappiness during lifecourse, we analyze and induce the characteristics of criminal killers. All in all the conclusion based on 136 cases is of great practical significance for the accurate trial of cases and the effective prevention of lonemultiple homicides.
