摘要
目的:探讨高等医学院校非直属附院临床教学质量影响因素及应对策略。方法:采用随机抽样方法,对在不同医院实习的临床医学专业学生进行问卷调查,并对影响因素进行因子分析。结果:临床教师教学水平和质量、医院相关教学组织、制度建设、教学设施条件、学生主观能动性在直属与非直属附院间存在差异。结论:高等医学院校直属与非直属附院临床教学管理存在差异,采取特定措施可有效改善非直属附院教学管理水平。
Objective: To explore the influencing factors and coping strategies of clinical teaching quality in non-directly affiliated colleges of higher medical colleges. Methods: A random sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on clinical medical students who were internships in different hospitals, and factor analysis was conducted on the influencing factors. Results: The teaching level and quality of clinical teachers, hospital-related teaching organizations, system construction, teaching facilities conditions, and students’ subjective initiative were different between direct and non-subordinate affiliates. Conclusion: There are differences in the clinical teaching management between the direct affiliated hospitals of higher medical colleges and the non-direct affiliated hospitals. The specific measures can effectively improve the teaching management level of non-direct affiliated academies.
