摘要
目的:气管插管是医学生必须掌握的复杂技术,拟探讨提高该技术学习效果的教学方法。方法:本交叉对照研究中,10名实习医生采用直接喉镜和Airtraq喉镜共进行100次模拟人气管插管。结果:使用Airtraq喉镜时,插管时间短[(22.1±14.9)s vs (39.6±42.2)s,P<0.05],成功率高(100%vs 88%)。结论:可考虑在传统喉镜教学基础上加入可视喉镜教学,具有提高学习积极性、加强教学效果和增强临床实践自信心的效果。
Objective: Tracheal intubation is a complex technique that medical students must master. It is proposed to explore teaching methods to improve the learning effect of this technology. METHODS: In this cross-over study, 10 interns performed a total of 100 simulated human endotracheal intubations using a direct laryngoscope and an Airtraq laryngoscope. RESULTS: When using the Airtraq laryngoscope, the intubation time was short(22.1±14.9 vs 39.6±42.2 s, P<0.05) with a high success rate(100% vs.88%). Conclusion: It can be considered to add visual laryngoscopy teaching based on traditional laryngoscopy teaching, which has the effect of improving learning enthusiasm, enhancing teaching effect and enhancing self-confidence in clinical practice.
