摘要
目的:了解综合模拟实训在重症医学科临床实践教学中的效果。方法:依据临床实践教学大纲,选取案例情景。带教老师先进行示范,之后带教老师与护生一起进行演示,最后,护生分组进行练习,每次练习结束后都要对操作进行点评。结果:2014级护生对综合模拟实训项目的满意度为74.8%,成绩优秀人数的92.6%,而2013级护生成绩优秀人数占总人数的75.6%。结论:综合模拟实训教学方法可以提高护生的总体满意度,提升护生在重症医学科的实践操作能力,应该广泛推广。
Objective: To Understand the effect of integrated simulation training in clinical practice teaching of severe medical science. Methods: the case scenario was selected according to the clinical practice syllabus. The teacher took the demonstration first, and then showed the demonstration with the teacher and the student nurse. Finally, the practice nurse group practised in groups, and the operation was commented after the end of each exercise. Results: The results showed that grade 2014 nursing students of comprehensive simulation training project satisfaction for nursing students of grades 74.8%, 92.6% of the total number of outstanding number, and grade 2013 nursing students outstanding number of the total number of 75.6%. Conclusions: The comprehensive simulation training method can improve the overall satisfaction of nursing students and improve the practical operation ability of nursing students in critical care medicine, so it should be widely promoted.
