摘要
目的:评价应用以学生为考官的教学方法在腰椎穿刺术培训中的作用。方法:选择82名住院医师为研究对象,以1∶1的比例随机分为以学生为考官组和传统教学组,比较两组技能操作培训后的考核成绩,并采用问卷调查评价教学满意度。结果:腰椎穿刺术技能操作培训后,实验组学生的考核成绩更高,实验组对教学满意度的评价也更高。结论:以学生为考官的教学方法能提高学生的技能操作成绩,值得在其他临床技能培训时推广。
Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of "student examiner" teaching method in the training of lumbar puncture. Methods: Eighty-two residents were randomly divided into two groups with the ratio of 1: 1, the "student examiner" group and the traditional teaching group. Lumbar puncture skills were assessed immediately after training. Subjective evaluation of the training performances were also acquired using a rating scale. Results: The "student examiner" group scored higher and were more satisfied with the teaching method than the traditional teaching group. Conclusion: The "student examiner" method improves the skill acquisition after training and is worth popularizing in other clinical skills training.
