摘要 目的:调查和分析八年制医学生全程导师制实施效果及存在的问题。方法:开展问卷调查,统计全程导师的工作手册,收集导师和学生的意见和建议。结果:调查统计及意见反馈显示,全程导师业务能力强,师生沟通较好,学生整体满意度高。全程导师制存在改进的空间。结论:全程导师制的实施,有利于八年制医学生的综合素质提升。可通过多种措施来完善全程导师制。 Objective: Investigate and analyze the implementation effect and existing problems of the full-time tutor system for eight-year medical students. Method: Conduct a questionnaire survey, collect the work manual of the whole tutor, and collect opinions and suggestions from the tutor and students. Results: Survey statistics and feedback showed that the whole course of the tutor has strong business ability, communication between teachers and students is good, and overall student satisfaction is high. There is room for improvement in the entire mentoring system. Conclusion: The implementation of the whole mentoring system is conducive to the improvement of the overall quality of eight-year medical students. A variety of measures can be taken to improve the entire mentoring system.
