医学生正负性情绪在人格特质与共情间的中介作用

Relationship between personality and empathy in medical students: mediating effect of positive and negative affect

目的:探讨医学生共情与大五人格、正负性情绪的关系。方法:对512名医学生进行问卷调查。结果:大五人格对共情有不同程度的预测作用,正负情绪分别在大五人格与共情之间起中介作用。结论:大五人格不仅对共情有直接预测作用,且通过正负性情绪间接预测共情,这为医学生共情干预提供了理论依据。

Objective:To explore the relation of empathy with personality and positive and negative affect.Methods:512 medical college students were investigated.Results:Big five personalities have predictive effect on empathy,positive and negative affect mediated the relationship between big five personality and empathy,respectively.Conclusion:Personality has direct effect on empathy,and also indirectly influences it through affect.
