摘要
临床实习是医学生培养的重要阶段,建立医学生临床综合能力评价指标体系,有助于真实反馈医学生临床能力,提高医学生培养水平,为医学教育发展提供借鉴依据。该研究在对国内外临床能力评价指标体系进行比较研究的基础上,结合临床实习教学管理经验,确定临床综合能力的内涵及评价条目。采用德尔菲法及层次分析法对评价条目进行筛选,进一步确立条目内涵、分级及权重。并对指标体系的信度及效度进行分析,最终确定指标体系。
Clinical practice is an important part of medical students’ training.Therefore,establishing an evaluation index system of the clinical skills of clinical medicine undergraduates will truly impact on interns’ clinical skills,improve the level of training of medical students and provide a reference for the development of medical education.A comparative research done based on the evaluation index system of the clinical comprehensive skills required in internal medicine and surgery departments,combined with the experience of clinical practice teaching management,could determine the contents and evaluation items for the clinical comprehensive skills.Delphi and analytic hierarchy process were used to screen the items of the evaluation,and the content,classification and weight of each item were further established.The reliability and effectiveness of the index system are analyzed and demonstrated,and finally the index system is established.
