摘要
目的:探讨导师制(UTS)与病例导入式教学法相结合的教学模式在心内科临床实习中的应用效果。方法:锦州医科大学2011级五年制临床医学专业本科班学生共64人。随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用导师制结合病例导入式教学法的教学法,对照组采用传统教学方法。结果:实验组在实习成绩、临床思维能力、学习的积极性、对教学满意度、医患沟通能力、自主学习能力等方面显著优于对照组。结论:导师制与病例导入式教学法相结合的教学模式优于传统教学模式。
Objective:To explore the application effect of the teaching mode combining the tutor system and the case-introduction teaching method in the clinical practice of cardiology.Methods:A total of 64 undergraduate students in the five-year clinical medicine program of Jinzhou Medical University in 2011.They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group used the tutor system combined with the case-introduction teaching method,and the control group used the traditional teaching method.Results:The experimental group was significantly better than the control group in terms of internship scores,clinical thinking ability,enthusiasm for learning,teaching satisfaction,doctor-patient communication ability,and self-learning ability.Conclusion:The teaching mode combining the tutor system and the case-introduction teaching method is superior to the traditional teaching mode.
