补肾养血方治疗肾阴虚型卵巢储备功能下降的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Diminished Ovarian Reserve of Kidney-Yin Deficiency Syndrome Treated with Kidney-tonifying and Blood-nourishing Method

目的:观察补肾养血方治疗肾阴虚型卵巢储备功能下降(DOR)的效果。方法:将60例患者随机分为两组,治疗组口服补肾养血方(农本方),对照组采用雌孕激素联合序贯治疗(口服戊酸雌二醇片+黄体酮胶囊),观察患者治疗前后月经情况、临床症状、血清FSH、FSH/LH、E2等指标,来评估补肾养血方干预卵巢储备功能下降患者的疗效。结果与结论:补肾活血法治疗DOR,明显改善患者的临床症状及降低FSH、FSH/LH、E2水平,增加窦卵泡数,起到改善和恢复卵巢储备功能的作用。

Objective:To observe the effect on the diminished ovarian reserve of kidney-Yin deficiency sydnrome treated with the method of tonifying kidney and nourishing blood.Methods:Sixty patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group received Bushen Yangxie Recipe and the control group was treated with estrogen progesterone combined sequential therapy(Estradiol Valerate Tablets+Progesterone Capsules).We observed the menstrual conditions,clinical symptoms,serum FSH,FSH/LH,E2 and other indicators before and after treatment and then evaluated the therapeutic effect.Results and Conclusion:Bushen Yangxie Recipe for DOR can improve and restore ovarian reserve function by significantly improving the clinical symptoms,reducing the levels of FSH,FSH/LH and E2 in serum and increasing the number of antral follicles.
