丹蒌片联合阿司匹林治疗老年冠心病心绞痛疗效观察

Clinical Effect of Danlou Tablets Combined with Aspirin in Treatment of Senile Angina of Coronary Heart Disease

目的:探讨丹蒌片联合阿司匹林治疗老年冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将66例老年冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各33例。在常规西药治疗基础上,对照组给予阿司匹林口服,观察组给予阿司匹林联合丹蒌片口服,比较两组患者总体疗效,以及治疗前后心绞痛发作次数、持续时间、静息心电图结果、心功能各项指标的差异,并统计两组治疗期间发生的不良反应。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后心绞痛发作次数和心绞痛持续时间均显著小于对照组(P<0.01);观察组治疗后静息心电图ST段下移导联数显著少于对照组(P<0.01);观察组治疗后心功能各指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:丹蒌片联合阿司匹林治疗老年冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效确切,安全性好。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Danlou Tablets combined with aspirin in treatment of senile angina of coronary heart disease.Methods:Sixty-six elderly patients with angina were randomly divided into observation group(n=33)and control group(n=33).Patients in the control group received aspirin on the basis of conventional treatment,while the ones in the treatment group received aspirin and Danlou Tablets.The overall curative effect,angina attacks frequency and duration,resting electrocardiogram and cardiac parameters between two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The angina attacks frequency and duration in observation group after treatment were significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.01).The numbers of ST segment depression in observation group after treatment were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.01).The cardiac parameters in observation group after treatment were superior to those in the control group(P<0.05).Adverse effects had no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Danlou Tablets combined with aspirin might have obvious curative effect and safety to treat senile angina of coronary heart disease.
