雾化吸入双黄连注射液对慢性扁桃体炎的疗效及IL-6、hs-CRP和TNF-α水平的影响

Effect of Atomization Inhalation of Shuanghuanglian Injection in Treatment of Chronic Tonsillitis and Its Influence on Levels of IL-6,hs-CRP and TNF-α

目的:研究雾化吸入双黄连注射液对慢性扁桃体炎的疗效及IL-6、hs-CRP和TNF-α水平的影响。方法:120例慢性扁桃体炎患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组患者60例。对照组患者给予头孢克洛胶囊,1粒/次,3次/d,实验组患者在给予头孢克洛胶囊的基础上每日雾化吸入双黄连注射液,将20 mL双黄连注射液溶解于20 mL生理盐水中,进行超声雾化吸入治疗,2次/d。比较两组患者在治疗后的临床疗效、临床症状改善时间、疾病复发率和不良反应发生率;对比两组患者在治疗前后IL-6、hs-CRP和TNF-α等炎性因子水平。结果:经过治疗后,实验组患者治疗有效率显著高于对照组,两组差异比较,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者疾病复发率显著低于对照组,两组差异比较,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在治疗前,两组患者IL-6、hs-CRP和TNF-α水平相比较,两组差异具无统计学意义(P>0.05);经过治疗后,两组患者IL-6、hs-CRP和TNF-α水平显著优于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);并且实验组患者改善程度优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者在治疗期间不良反应发生率相比较,两组差异具无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用雾化吸入双黄连注射液对慢性扁桃体炎,具有较好的临床疗效,能够显著改善患者临床症状,改善患者IL-6、hs-CRP和TNF-α水平,降低疾病复发率,安全性较高,值得临床推广。

Objective:To study the effect of atomization inhalation of Shuanghuanglian Injection in treatment of chronic tonsillitis and its influence on levels of IL-6,hs-CRP and TNF-α.Methods:Totally 120 cases of chronic tonsillitis patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group were treated with cefaclor capsule,1 particle/time,3 times/d.The experimental group was given cefaclor capsule combined with atomization inhalation of Shuanghuanglian Injection.The therapeutic efficacy,clinical symptom improvement time,disease recurrence rate and incidence of adverse reactionswereobserved.The levels of IL-6,hs-CRP and TNF-αbefore and after treatment were observed.Results:After treatment,the experimental group’s efficiency was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the differences between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).The experimental group’s disease recurrence rate was significantly lower than that of the control group and the differences between the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).Before treatment,two groups’IL-6,hs CRP and TNF-alpha levels had no statistical significance(P>0.05).After treatment,two groups’IL-6,hs CRP and TNF-αwere significantly better than those before treatment with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Two groups’incidence of adverse reactionsduring treatment had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:For chronic tonsillitis,atomization inhalation of Shuanghuanglian Injection has good clinical curative effect and can improve the patients’clinical symptoms,levels of IL-6,hs-CRP and TNF-α.It has high security and is worthy of clinical promotion.
