通窍鼻炎丸治疗慢性鼻窦炎疗效及ECP、TIgE、hs-CRP等因子影响研究

Effect of Tongqiao Rhinitis Pill on Levels of Inflammatory Factors, Eosinophil Cationic Protein(ECP) in Serum and Nasal Cavity in Patients with Chronic Sinusitis

目的:分析通窍鼻炎丸治疗慢性鼻窦炎对患者体内炎症因子、血清和鼻腔嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)水平的影响。方法:慢性鼻窦炎患者102例,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者采用克拉霉素治疗,观察组患者采用克拉霉素+通窍鼻炎丸治疗,分析两组患者治疗后的临床疗效。结果:治疗前,两组患者临床症状积分比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者鼻塞、嗅觉减退、流涕、头痛及面部胀痛积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者IL-1β、hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-8水平比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者IL-1β、hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-8水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者血清ECP、TIgE、鼻腔ECP水平比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者血清ECP、TIgE、鼻腔ECP水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗1个月后,观察组患者复查鼻腔CT正常率74.51%,对照组正常率43.17%,观察组患者复查鼻腔CT结果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通窍鼻炎丸辅助治疗慢性鼻窦炎疗效显著,可改善患者临床症状,降低患者体内血清炎症因子、血清和鼻腔ECP的表达水平。

Objective:To analyze the effect of Tongqiao Rhinitis Pill on the levels of inflammatory factors,eosinophil cationic protein(ECP)in serum and nasal cavity in patients with chronic sinusitis.Methods:102 patients with chronic sinusitis were divided into control group and observation group.The patients in the control group were treated with clarithromycin,and those in the observation group were treated with Tongqiao Biyan Pills.We analyzed the clinical effect of two groups after treatment.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of clinical symptoms between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of nasal congestion,decreased smelling,runny,headache and facial distending pain in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the level of IL-8 between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the level of IL-8 in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the serum ECP,TIgE and nasal cavity ECP in the two groups were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of ECP in the nasal cavity of the patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After one month treatment,the level of ECP of the patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.The normal rate of nasal CT in the observation group was 74.51 and the normal rate in the control group was 43.17.The result of CT in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tongqiao Biyan Pills have a remarkable curative effect on chronic sinusitis.It can improve the clinical symptoms and decrease the expression of serum inflammatory factors,serum and nasal ECP in patients with chronic sinusitis.
