健儿止泻颗粒联合丁桂儿脐贴对小儿腹泻疗效及血清炎症因子的影响

Effect of Jianer Zhixie Granule Combined with Dingguier Umbilical Paste on Clinical Efficacy and Serum Inflammatory Factors in Children with Diarrhea

目的:观察健儿止泻颗粒联合丁桂儿脐贴对小儿腹泻患者临床疗效及血清炎症因子的影响。方法:选取小儿腹泻患者148例,随机将其分为观察组及对照组,每组74例,对照组患者予西医常规抗感染及对症治疗,观察组患者在西医治疗基础上予健儿止泻颗粒联合丁桂儿脐贴治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、不良反应以及对血清炎症影响因子的影响。结果:观察组临床疗效与对照组比较有显著性差异,明显优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者不良反应明显低于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。经治疗后观察组CRP、IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α水平均明显低于对照组,且两组之间比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:健儿止泻颗粒联合丁桂儿脐贴对小儿腹泻患者临床疗效显著,值得在临床上进一步推广。

Objective:To observe the effect of Jianer Zhixie Granule combined with Dingguier umbilical paste on serum inflammatory factors in children with diarrhea.Methods:Totally 148 cases of children with diarrhea were divided into observation group and control group with random method,74 cases in each group.The control group was given western medicine routine anti infection and symptomatic treatment.The observation group were treated with Jianer Zhixie Granule and Dingguier umbilical patch on the basis of Western medicine treatment.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions and influence of inflammatory factors were compared.Results:The clinical efficacy of the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The adverse reaction of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP,IL-6,IL-10 and TNF-αin the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jianer Zhixie Granule combined with Dingguier umbilical paste is effective in treating children with diarrhea and worthy of further promotion in clinic.
