中西医结合治疗糖尿病合并冠心病心绞痛的临床观察

Effect of Sugar Collaterals Detoxification Combined with Western Medicine in Treatment of Diabetes Complicated with Angina Pectoris

目的:观察糖络解毒中药联合西药治疗糖尿病合并冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法:选用符合诊断标准的病例共131例,分为两组,治疗组67例,对照组64例。对照组给予常规的西医治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上采用糖络解毒中药,2次/d口服,两组均28 d为1个疗程,共4个疗程。观察治疗前后血糖、血脂的不同;观察治疗组和对照组心电图及临床心绞痛症状改善情况。结果:治疗组临床症状、改善总有效率为94.02%,心电图改善总有效率为81.25.%,均优于对照组的85.36%和57.81%(P<0.05);治疗组血糖下降优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组血脂恢复正常例数多于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:糖络解毒中药可降低血糖,调节脂代谢,改善心绞痛症状,提高临床疗效,抗冠状动脉硬化,是治疗糖尿病合并冠心病心绞痛安全、有效的良方。

Objective:To observe the effect of sugar collaterals detoxification combined with western medicine in the treatment of diabetes complicated with angina pectoris.Methods:A total of 131 cases were selected in accordance with the diagnostic criteria,which were randomly divided into 67 cases in the treatment group and 64 in the control group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine.The treatment group was given the traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of conventional therapy.The two groups were treated for 28 days,with a total of 4 courses.The changes of blood sugar and blood lipid before and after treatment were detected,and the improvement of ECG and angina pectoris before and after treatment was observed.Results:The treatment group’s clinical symptoms improved.The total efficiency was 94.02%and ECG improved total efficiency was 81.25.%,which were better than the control group’s 85.36%and 57.81%(P<0.05).The treatment group’s blood glucose decreased than that of the control group(P<0.01).The treatment group’s cases with blood glucose returned to normal were more than the control group’s(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine can reduce blood sugar,regulate lipid metabolism,improve angina pectoris symptoms and clinical efficacy,and resist coronary atherosclerosis.It is a safe and effective way to treat diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.
