吲哚菁绿荧光显影技术在肝癌肝切除术中的应用价值 被引量:10

The application of ICG fluorescence imaging in guiding hepatectomy of hepatic carcinoma

摘要 当今肝癌的治疗是以手术为首选的综合治疗,但在手术治疗过程中存在诸多困惑,如肝肿瘤的定位、边界界定、是否存在转移灶等。而近年在国内外广泛开展的吲哚菁绿显影引导的肝切除术是肝胆外科新的进展及热点。该技术使肝胆外科手术更便利及弥补了当前肝切除术中部分不足。为此,总结了湖南省人民医院开展的吲哚菁绿显影引导的肝切除技术及经验,探讨其应用价值。 Nowadays, surgery is a comprehensive approach for the treatment of hepatic carcinoma as the first choice, but there are still many limitations in surgical therapy, such as the location, boundary and metastasis of hepatic carcinoma. Currently, the indocyanine green fluorescence imaging-guided hepatectomy is widely used at home and abroad as a new progress and hotspot in hepatobiliary surgery, which makes hepatobiliary surgery more convenient and makes up for some deficiencies in hepatectomy. Thus, we summarized the experience of indocyanine green fluorescence imaging-guided hepatectomy in the People's Hospital of Hunan Province and discussed its value of application.
