摘要
在介绍汽车滤清器通风管材料的特性及塑件结构的基础上,分析了模具的浇注系统及成型结构,解决了用简单抽芯结构实现复杂塑件抽芯的难题,为此类模具的设计起到了一定的借鉴作用。
Based on the material characteristics of an air hose and its structure, the gating system and the forming structure of the mould were analyzed. It realized the core-pulling of plastic with complex structure by using a simple structure, which provided a reference for the design of similar mould.
