摘要
通过对汽车A柱饰板的结构特点进行分析,并应用Moldflow对浇注系统进行模拟分析,得出了基本的工艺参数、优化的浇口位置等,对塑件的分型设计、热流道设计、抽芯设计、推出及复位系统、冷却管路设计等进行了介绍。实践表明,通过Moldflow的模拟分析辅助,节省了热流道模具的设计时间,缩短了后期的试模周期,提高了生产效率。
Through the analysis on the structural characteristics of the A-pillar trim panel,the gating system was simulated by using Moldflow, and the basic parameters and the optimized gate position were obtained. It analyzed the parting design of the plastic, the hot runner design, the core-pulling design, the ejection and reset system, and the cooling system design. The practice showed that the Moldflow analysis saved the design time of the mould with hot runner, and shortened the debugging cycle.
