基于数据挖掘技术分析针灸治疗肝损伤的选配穴规律

Selection of acupuncture points for acupuncture treatment of liver injury in recent 10 years based on "Data Mining Technique Analysis"

目的基于数据挖掘技术分析针灸治疗肝损伤的选配穴规律。方法检索Pubmed数据库中的英文文献及中国知网(CNKI)、维普、万方等数据库中的中文文献,分别对其穴位、穴位分部、穴位归经及穴位所属特定穴规律进行统计。结果根据纳入标准,共纳入54篇文献,对选穴频次≥10次以上的穴位进行分析,其中足三里选穴频率最高为37次,针灸治疗肝损伤多选下肢部腧穴,其次为胸腹及背部腧穴,经脉以足阳明胃经与足太阳膀胱经为主。针灸五腧穴的选择明显高于其他特定穴,其次为交会穴。结论足三里为治疗肝损伤的首选穴位,与太冲、阳陵泉、丰隆等穴位交替配合使用,为临床治疗肝损伤提供重要理论依据。

Objective To summarize the acupoints of acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of liver injury in the past ten years and summarize the acupoints,analyze the data and cluster analysis,and summarize the common acupuncture and moxibustion points for treatment of liver injury and the optimal combination plan.Methods The English literature in the Pubmed database and the Chinese literature from CNKI,VIP and Wanfang database were searched,their acupoints,acupoints,acupoints and acupoints were analyzed respectively.Results According to the inclusion criteria,a total of 54 articles were included.The frequency of acupoints≥10 times was analyzed.The frequency of acupoints in Zusanli was the highest,37 times.Conclusions Zusanli is the preferred acupoint for the treatment of liver injury.It is used alternately with Taichong,Yanglingquan and Honglong to provide an important theoretical basis for clinical treatment of liver injury.
