摩尔根果蝇杂交实验基因定位假设的科学史 被引量:8

摘要 基于科学史实,概述了摩尔根等人对果蝇性别决定的认识过程,介绍了摩尔根由此而对果蝇眼色遗传所做出的假定和分析,解释了摩尔根为什么没有考虑到眼色基因在X、Y染色体的同源区段上,以及摩尔根进一步设计的4个验证实验。
