摘要
将端羧基超支化聚合物(HBPC)高吸收铬助剂应用于浸酸猪皮以及白皮粉的鞣制中,研究其对蓝湿革湿热稳定性、铬吸收率,皮粉的变性温度(Td)、铬吸收率的影响,并探讨最佳铬鞣工艺。结果表明:在浸酸过程中加入占皮质量3%的HBPC,能够明显提高蓝湿革的湿热稳定性,铬的吸收率可达95. 2%,比空白组提高了49.9%。HBPC在浸酸过程中加入,提碱时pH值保持在4.5时,铬鞣效果最好。浸酸皮与白皮粉的鞣制结果都表明HBPC能够作为高吸收铬鞣助剂使用,比常规的小分子多元酸有更好的促铬鞣效果。
The carboxyl terminal hyper-branched polymer(HBPC)was used in the tanning of the pickling pigskin garment and white hide powder.The effects of the utilization of HBPC on hydrothermal stability and chromium absorption rate of wet blue leather,denaturation temperature(Td)and chromium absorption rate of the hide powder were studied.The optimal chrome tanning process was also explored.The results show that the addition of 3%HBPC in the process of pickling can significantly improve the hydrothermal stability of the wet blue leather and chromium absorption rate to 95.2%,49.9%higher than that of conventional chrome tanning.The optimal tanning effect could be obtained when HBPC is added in pickling process and keeping pH of the bath at 4.5.The tanning results of pickled leather and white powder show that HBPC can be used as a high exhausted chrome tanning agent,even better than the commonly used small molecule acid in chrome tanning process.
