摘要
应用Autoform仿真软件建立有限元分析模型,还原某轿车后门内板B柱水切位置的起皱问题。通过分析后门内板成形过程及起皱位置的应力状态,发现该位置起皱的主要原因是产品结构导致走料不均匀、产生压应力。提出了增加吸料筋来控制压应力的改善方案,运用Autoform仿真软件进行方案的模拟、分析及优化,最终得到最优的吸料筋形式。通过此方案对模具进行整改调试,实验结果与模拟结果一致,成功解决了后门内板的起皱问题。此方案全程仅用时15天,节省了仅依靠实际调试所需要的人力、物力和调试周期,并为类似起皱问题提供参考。
The finite element analysis model was established by simulation software Autolorm,and the wrinkling of inner panel of rear door for a car at the water cut location of B pillar was restored.Through analyzing forming process of inner panel of rear door and stress state of wrinkling position,the main reason of wrinkling was found that uneven feeding and compressive stress caused by the product structure.An improved solution of controlling compressive stress by adding sunction reinforcement was proposed,which was simulated,analyzed and optimized by simulation software Autofomi.Finally the best form of sunction reinforcement was obtained,and the die was modified by the solution.The test results are in agreement with the simulation results,and the wrinkling of inner panel of rear door is successfully solved.The whole process takes only fifteen days to save the manpower,the material resources and the try out time,which provides reference for similar wrinkling problems.
