摘要
以ZrO_2、B_4C、C作为原料,采用碳热还原法进行固相反应制备出高纯ZrB_2粉体。采用XRD、FESEM、化学滴定仪等分析了样品的相组成、微观形貌和元素含量。结果表明:样品在流动Ar气氛中1400℃保温1. 0 h进行硼化反应后,再经1650℃保温1. 0 h进行碳化反应制备出絮状和柱状混合结构的高纯ZrB_2粉体,B含量为19. 8wt%,B损失仅为3. 6wt%,剩余碳为0. 87wt%。
High purity ZrB2 powders were synthesized by boro/carbothermal reduction with ZrO2,B4 C and carbon. The phases,microstructure and elements content were analyzed by means of XRD,FESEM and chemistry titration respectively. The results indicate that the highly pure ZrB2 powders with columniation and floc microstructure were fabricated by borothermal reduction at 1400 ℃ for 1. 0 h and then by carbothermal reduction at 1650 ℃ for 1. 0 h in flowing Ar atmosphere,the boron content is 19. 8 wt%,the boron loss only is 3. 6 wt%,the content of carbon as impurity is 0. 87 wt%.
