摘要 有效提高铝合金及铝基复合材料的导电性能与力学性能是将它们应用于电工、电子领域的关键。在分析铝合金导电性能影响因素的基础上,评述了稀土处理、硼化处理及加工工艺优化等传统改善铝合金导电性能的研究现状。基于碳纳米管及石墨烯优异的性能,介绍了二者增强的铝基复合材料在导电性能与力学性能方面的研究进展及其存在的问题,归纳了提高铝基复合材料导电性能的途径。 The effective improvement on the electrical and mechanical properties of aluminum alloys and aluminum matrix composites was crucial for their application in the electrical and electronic fields.Based on the analysis of the influence factors on the electrical conductivity of aluminum alloys,this paper summarized the research status of traditional improvement methods for conductivity of aluminum alloys,i.e.rare earth treatment,boronization treatment and processing optimization.The progress and existing problems were stated on the investigation in improving electrical conductivity and mechanical properties of Al matrix composites with carbon nanotube(CNT)and grapheme based on their excellent properties.The methods were then concluded for improving conductivity of Al matrix composites.
