摘要
通过分析一种7×××铝合金的化学成分,结合热处理原理和企业生产要求,对该合金铸锭均匀化处理工艺进行改进,利用金相分析、能谱分析等方法分析了不同的均匀化处理工艺效果。结果表明,对该铝合金铸锭采用460℃10 h+475℃24 h的二级均匀化退火工艺,在保证均匀化效果的同时能够节省时间14 h;采用420℃8 h+465℃10 h+475℃12 h的三级均匀化退火工艺,可节省时间20 h,提高了生产效率。
The homogenization treatment process was improved based on the analysis of the composition of a kind of 7×××aluminum alloy and combined the principle of heat treatment and the production requirements of enterprises.The effects of different heat treatment processes were analyzed by means of metallographic analysis and energy spectrum analysis.The results show that the homogenization effect can be guaranteed and 14 h can be saved when460℃10 h+475℃24 h is set in the process.the production efficiency can be improved and20 h can be saved when 420℃8 h+465℃10 h+475℃12 h is set in the process.
