影响汽车轻量化板料无铆钉连接接头强度的因素 被引量:4

Factors influencing the strength of the clinched joint for automotive light weight sheets

摘要 为了研究工艺设计对无铆钉连接接头强度的影响,以6061、5052铝合金和Q235普通碳素结构钢板料为无铆钉连接的试验材料,制作同种材料、不同材料、相同厚度和不同厚度的无铆钉接头。通过三种材料的载荷-位移曲线,确定板料的放置位置。对接头进行热处理,并对不同数量接头、不同拉伸速度、不同剪切角度以及不同组合进行试验,探讨各因素对接头强度的影响规律。结果表明; 530℃的固溶处理(保温2 h)获得的6061-6061铝合金接头强度最高;随着接头数量和接头剪切角度的增加,接头强度增加;低速拉伸情况下,接头强度变化较小。 In order to investigate the influence of the technology design on the strength of the clinched joint,6061 aluminum alloy sheets,5052 aluminum alloy sheets and Q235 mild steel sheets,as the experiment materials for clinched connection,were fabricated to clinched joints with similar material sheets,dissimilar material sheets,similar thickness sheets and dissimilar thickness sheets.The location of sheets can be set through load-displacement curves of three kinds of materials.The clinched joints were studied and analyzed under heat treatment with different numbers of joints,different tensile velocities,different shear angles and different combination.The results show that the clinched joint of 6061-6061 aluminum alloy sheets reaches the highest strength under solution treatment at 530℃and holding for2 h.With the joint number and the shear angle increasing,the joint strength will be increased,while lower speed hardly affects the joint strength.
