社会资本对农民专业合作社成长的影响——基于资源获取中介作用的研究

The Influence of Social Capital on the Growth of Farmers' Professional Cooperatives: An Empirical Study Based on the Role of Resource Acquisition Intermediary

农民专业合作社的社会资本和资源获取能力是提升其成长水平的两个关键因素。本文基于辽宁省215家农民专业合作社调查数据和结构方程模型,对社会资本是否以及如何通过资源获取影响合作社的成长进行了实证分析。结果表明,农民专业合作社的社会资本对成长性有显著正向作用,其中结构性和认知性社会资本直接对合作社成长性产生正向影响,资产型资源获取和知识型资源获取在社会资本与合作社成长性之间起部分中介作用。知识型资源获取在结构性社会资本、认知性社会资本与合作社创新性中起完全中介作用。由此,揭示了社会资本对农民专业合作社成长的作用机理。

The social capital and resource acquisition capacity of farmers’ professional cooperatives are two key factors in improving their growth level. Based on the survey data and structural equation models of 215 farmers’ professional cooperatives in Liaoning Province,this paper empirically analyzes whether and how social capital affects the growth of cooperatives through resource acquisition. Cooperative growth is measured by the growth and innovation "two-dimensional"indicators. The empirical results show that the social capital of farmers’ professional cooperatives has a significant positive effect on growth,in which structural and cognitive social capital directly has a positive impact on the growth of cooperatives,asset-based resource acquisition and knowledge-based resource acquisitionin social capital. It has a partial intermediary role with the growth of cooperatives. The acquisition of knowledge-based resources plays a full mediating role in the impact of structural social capital and cognitive social capital on cooperative innovation. This reveals the mechanism of the role of social capital in the growth of farmers’ professional cooperatives.
