微创两步截冠法和去骨劈冠法拔除水平阻生齿的效果分析

Clinical effects of the minimally invasive two-step truncated crown method and the deboned crown method on the removal of horizontal impacted teeth

目的探讨并比较在拔除水平阻生齿中分别应用微创两步截冠法与去骨劈冠法的临床效果。方法选取2015年11月至2017年3月行拔除水平阻生齿的68例患者,经抛硬币法将其分为32例对照组与36例观察组。对照组应用去骨劈冠法进行拔除,观察组应用微创两步截冠法进行拔除。比较两组拔牙成功率、手术时间、术后疼痛程度与肿胀程度。结果两组拔牙成功率比较,差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组手术时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后疼痛程度与肿胀程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用微创两步截冠法对拔除水平阻生齿有良好的预后效果,有助于提高手术效率,改善术后疼痛程度与肿胀程度,是目前临床医学上对水平阻生齿拔除手术的首选手段,应用价值颇高,且有广泛推广的意义。

Objective To analyze and compare the clinical effects of the minimally invasive two-step crest method and the deboned crown method on the extraction of horizontal impacted teeth.Methods Sixty-eight patients with horizontal impacted teeth were enrolled in our hospital from November2015 to March 2017.All subjects were randomly divided into 32 control groups and 36 patients by coin flipping to test group.The control group was removed by the method of deboning and crowning.The experimental group was removed by a two-step double-crown method.The success rate of extraction,operation time,egree of postoperative pain and degree of swelling were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the extraction success rate(P>0.05);The operation time of the experimental group was much shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The degree of postoperative pain and swelling in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of minimally invasive two-step truncated crown method has good prognostic effect on the removal of horizontal impacted teeth,which is helpful for improving the efficiency of surgery and improving the degree of postoperative pain and swelling.It is currently the clinical clinical removal of horizontal impacted teeth.The preferred method of surgery has a high application value and is widely promoted.
